Managing risks and impacts from evaporating and gaseous substances to population safety
The MANIFESTS project aims to raise awareness and improve capacity of responders, via development of advanced methodologies supporting training and exercises as well as improving detection, monitoring, forecasting and response to marine pollution, particularly around gaseous and volatile HNS. The project will build on recent European and regional initiatives, state of the art of technical developments and existing gaps in current knowledge to propose significant advances in the area of response to harmful gases and vapour clouds.
